Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.
Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging.
We recommend that you hang your name plaque or sign using Command 3m Picture hanging strips on painted walls only. For wallpapered walls we suggest getting in touch with us and discussing alternative options such as adding small holes to your sign. Ensure you follow the below instructions and use the correct strips for the weight of your product. As all surfaces are different we can not take responsibility for damages that occur from incorrect hanging.
Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage to mirror acrylic.
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.
