Each sign is carefully laser cut and assembled in our studio using high-quality acrylic and/or timber, creating a beautiful statement piece that’s made to last.

Mini - (Great for birth announcements) Maximum  20cm wide x 18cm high (Whichever comes first)

Small - Maximum  30cm wide x 20cm high (Whichever comes first)

Medium - Maximum  40cm wide x 25cm high (Whichever comes first)

Large - Maximum  50cm wide x 30cm high (Whichever comes first)

XLarge - Maximum  59cm wide X 35 cm high (Whichever comes first)

Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish to receive the exact dimensions for your name or you need names for siblings to be proportionate.

Please note: special characters vary by name. If you select ‘special characters’ there will usually be one or two decorative letters in your name. Not all characters have decorative letters, discretion is used when designing your name and if no suitable characters are available you will received the normal font.

We recommend that you hang your name plaque or sign using Command 3m Picture hanging strips on painted walls only. For wallpapered walls we suggest getting in touch with us and discussing alternative options such as adding small holes to your sign.

Ensure you follow the below instructions and use the correct strips for the weight of your product.

As all surfaces are different we can not take responsibility for damages that occur from incorrect hanging.

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.

Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage to mirror acrylic.

Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. 
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.
