Should you wish to see a design proof, please leave a note at the checkout.
Should you select 'Special Characters' there will usually be at least one decorative letter in your name. Some letters do not have any decorative features.
Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish to receive the exact dimensions for your name.
We recommend that you carefully consider your hanging method. We can add holes into your sign for hanging with screws or alternatively you can use Command 3m Picture hanging strips on painted walls only. Ensure you follow the below instructions and use the correct strips for the weight of your product. Please be aware Supersize names can weigh up to 5kg

As all surfaces are different we can not take responsibility for damages that occur from incorrect hanging.
Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.
Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging.
Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage to acrylic.
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.
