• Handle with care to avoid scratches or cracks.

• Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers.
• Please be very careful installing and handling your item as acrylic can be very fragile. 
• Mount securely on a flat surface using appropriate hardware. If using screws do not over tighten them.
• Never hang over cots or beds
• If your sign breaks or is damaged, dispose of immediately. Cracked edges can be sharp.
• Store flat in a cool, dry place when not in use.

We recommend hanging your name plaque or sign using Command™ 3M Picture Hanging Strips on painted walls only. For wallpapered, textured, or coated walls, we suggest requesting small holes in your sign for securing it with screws.

Tips for best results:

✔ Check weight capacity: Use the correct strips for your sign’s weight. Refer to the 3M guide here.

✔ Prepare your wall: Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry before applying the strips.

✔ Be mindful of wall finishes: While Command Strips are designed to be removable, they may still cause minor paint damage upon removal.

As all surfaces are different we can not take responsibility for damages that occur after your sign has been received or from incorrect hanging.

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.
