Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time. Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.
Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage acrylic.
Our acrylic products are handmade. Please allow for variances in pieces & at times variations in media. The acrylic is machine cut and variations in cut lines is normal and part of the beauty of the handmade process.
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product. There may also be slight variances in material colour at times, as batches of acrylic can vary in colour slightly, therefore please get in contact if you are trying to colour match with a previous purchase.
