SIZING INFORMATION
Small - SIGN SIZE 30cm wide x 9cm high, LETTER SIZE The size of your letters will depend on the number of letters in your child's name. The maximum letter height will be 4.5cm and length 20cm (whichever comes first)
Medium - SIGN SIZE 40cm wide x 12cm high, LETTER SIZE The size of your letters will depend on the number of letters in your child's name. The maximum letter height will be 6cm and length 27cm (whichever comes first)
Large - SIGN SIZE 50cm wide x 15cm high, LETTER SIZE The size of your letters will depend on the number of letters in your child's name. The maximum letter height will be 7.5cm and length 34cm (whichever comes first)
xLarge - SIGN SIZE 59cm wide x 17.5cm high, LETTER SIZE The size of your letters will depend on the number of letters in your child's name. The maximum letter height will be 9cm and length 41cm (whichever comes first)

The font will always be our crisp font. Should you wish to see a design proof, please leave a note at the checkout.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Longer names will naturally result in a smaller font, and shorter names may not reach their full length before they reach their maximum height. Please email us if you wish to receive the exact dimensions for your name.
Our plaques don’t come affixed with hooks, we recommend using Command 3M strips to secure to your wall or door. Please always follow the directions on the label of these products. Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging. Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time. Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.com.au. Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.
Avoid excess moisture, including the use of humidifiers and vapourisers. This may cause damage to mirror acrylic.
Our acrylic names are custom & handmade. Please allow for variances in pieces & at times variations in media. The acrylic is machine cut and variations in cut lines is normal and part of the beauty of the handmade process.
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product. There may also be slight variances in material colour at times, as batches of acrylic can vary in colour slightly, therefore please get in contact if you are trying to colour match with a previous purchase.
