Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, our names are incredibly fragile. Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@letterly.co and include photographs. 

HOW TO HANG THIS ITEM

Our products don't come affixed with hooks, we recommend hanging with 3M Velcro strips appropriate for the product weight. Do not hang directly onto wallpaper unless using screws, please let us know if you would like us to add drill holes.

Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time. Our acrylic names are custom & handmade. Please allow for variances in pieces & at times variations in media. The acrylic is machine cut and variations in cut lines is normal and part of the beauty of the handmade process.
Please keep in mind that not all screens are created equal, so the colour you see on your screen, may vary slightly from the final product.
